1. Return Eligibility

- Shipping the Product: Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the product is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note the following:
